It finally happened and on November 29, 2011 the House passed H.R. 3012, the Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act by a vote of 389-15 with no additional amendments. It is not a law yet and the measure now moves on to the Senate for consideration. We will keep you posted and update as soon as more information becomes available.
